Wonderful wonderful wonderful
Thanks guys for making the trip across the Irish sea and going ahead with the show despite being one man down.
You all really looked like you enjoyed it and as I said to you at the end of the show Alison...please don't leave it so long to come back next time

I was gutted that I couldn't make it. I had other commitments right up to and including the Friday before the show. But we booked a nice morning flight for Saturday that would have allowed me plenty of time to arrive in Dublin.......
Then the Volcano erupted. I spent a lot of Friday evening, after it was sure that my flight was cancelled, trying to find alternative ways to get to Dublin. Alas, by this time even the ferries were fully booked so there was no way at all I could get there. The moral of the story is never underestimate a volcano.

Shame you couldn't make it Paul, the band did a great job of covering the gaps but it would of course have been fatastic if you had made it.
Indeed , see you next time...not too far away we hope. |
